1. Tóm tắt lý thuyết câu bị động

1.1. Câu bị động - Passive voice là gì?

Câu bị động là dạng câu mà chủ ngữ là đối tượng chịu tác động của hành động, thay vì thực hiện hành động như trong câu chủ động. Câu bị động thường được sử dụng khi:

• Muốn nhấn mạnh vào hành động hoặc đối tượng bị tác động hơn là người thực hiện hành động.
• Không biết hoặc không muốn đề cập đến người thực hiện hành động.

Công thức chung:

Cách chuyển câu chủ động sang bị động:

• Đối tượng bị tác động (tân ngữ) của câu chủ động trở thành chủ ngữ của câu bị động.
• Động từ chính chuyển sang dạng quá khứ phân từ (V3/ed).
• Động từ “to be” được chia phù hợp với thì của câu.
• Người thực hiện hành động (nếu có) sẽ đứng sau "by".

Ví dụ: 

• Câu chủ động: "The mechanic repaired the car. (Thợ máy đã sửa xe.)
• Câu bị động: The car was repaired by the mechanic. (Chiếc xe đã được sửa bởi thợ máy.)
